Allyson Way Hank is a discerning and seasoned home professional with over 30 years’ experience building and selling homes in the Midlands. As both a licensed realtor and a licensed South Carolina residential home builder, Allyson offers a unique perspective to her clients that is second to none. Her connection to the Midlands is deep, with a long family history and tradition working in real estate development and housing in South Carolina.

Allyson is a second-generation licensed residential building contractor. Throughout her career, Allyson has touched on every aspect of homes, ranging from production management and product development to market positioning and sales. She got her start in high-end home furnishings with Kindel Furniture, reflecting her unique expertise blending creative design with a home’s functionality. Her skills combine a deep appreciation of the beauty and utility of our homes with an understanding of how to make a home work best for your needs in a changing market.

Allyson is currently Partner and Vice President, Senior Sales and Production at Remodeling Services Unlimited, Inc. (RSU) where she’s worked since 2013. In her role at RSU, Allyson oversees custom home renovations and specializes in aging in place offerings to make her clients’ homes perfect for their lifestyle for a lifetime.

Between 2002-2013, Allyson held roles specializing in custom home building and sales throughout the Midlands. She was with Mungo Homes for over 10 years and President of their custom division, Sovereign Homes. After her time at Sovereign Homes, she moved to McGuinn Homes as Vice President and Home Builder specializing in selling and building custom homes. She also designed, built, and merchandized McGuinn’s Selection Center. These roles honed her expertise in property sales and selections for her clients.

Prior to 2002, Allyson worked with her father in general contracting and development at Way Construction. Her role included selling, developing, building, and renovating high end residences and commercial buildings.

Allyson Way Hank brings a unique and comprehensive skillset to the home market. Her years of experience and expertise in the whole housing enterprise provide her clients with the assistance they need to have the ideal home for their lifestyle.

Allyson received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Art History with Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa distinctions from Wofford College in 1985.
